Practically a stone's throw away from the most lively restaurants and lounges in the Auburn area sets a charming property known as Midtown Auburn, an upscale off-campus student housing property established in 2019. We helped bring their website up to par with their beautiful apartment and living community.

The Redesign
With such an attractive looking property, the team at Midtown Auburn had long been frustrated with their clunky and unappealing website. The old site failed to showcase the property’s best features including the stunning pool, retail spaces, outdoor lounge, and more. We worked with the team at Midtown Auburn to sharpen the look, enhance the usability, and improve the performance of their website.

Mobile-Friendly Floor Plan Browser
As a surprise to no-one, the analytics of the old website reveal heavy mobile usage. So we knew the entire site had to be as mobile-friendly as possible, including the floor plan section. The frontend allows users to easily filter by number of bedrooms, and to browser the details and unique selling points of each unit. The backend allows Midtown Auburn staff to easily update features, pricing, and other details of each space.
